In such fine surroundings you would be forgiven for expecting to pay a fine price, but at The Black Bean you can eat well for as little as £25.00 per head, at lunch time for even less especially on the occasions when Dim Sum is on offer.
For the present watch out for Welsh Black Beef with Wailam Black Bean Sauce or Shanghai Chinese Smoked Chicken in Soya Sauce, both David's signature dishes.
