Booking Policy at The Black Bean

Our regular customers have helped us develop a Bookings Policy which we think is reasonable and will benefit all our clientele.

On Friday and Saturday nights:

Family groups with children under twelve years old are requested to dine before 8.30pm
There will be minimum charge of £25.00 per head
Reservations cancelled at less than 48 hours notice will be charged at a fee of £10.00 per head
To avoid disappointment at busy times all reservations require a credit card number

For parties of eight persons upward:

Please contact us in advance to discuss your requirements
Pre-ordering food is recommended
On Fridays and Saturdays there will be a minimum charge of £35 per head
Cancellation at less than 48 hrs notice incurs a charge of £10 per head

For those with time constraints please phone before hand to discuss your menu requirements. We pride ourselves on our efficient and friendly service, but good food requires time to prepare. We hope that our customers will take time out to sit back and enjoy the Black Bean experience. We respectfully suggest that those customers wanting “fast food” should look elsewhere.
